We are here again, and it’s just like the deomcrats said it would be, isn’t it?

I’m one of those people that was alive in the seventies. We had an oil crisis, I remember sitting in line for gas. You could only get it on odd or even days. It depended on your license plate number. Dems. wanted alternative fuels and repubs. wanted to drill. Republicans won, we ended up getting nuclear power and the oil companies got leases to drill on government land. The oil companies also got the go ahead to build more refineries. Well in the end, they didn’t drill and they didn’t build refineries. We did develop wind and solar energy. It’s being used in california, where I am. So why don’t we expand that? That’s part of Obama’s plan. McCain promises this also, the only difference is, McCain won’t force companies to do it, Obama will.
What are your thoughts?

Well the Oil Companies won back them but they aren’t going to win this time cause Obama will win hands down.

If you remember waiting in line it was because the oil companies wouldn’t refine the oil for gas.
