Isn’t there places to take recyclables in Alabama?
I want to start recycling and teach my children about it but I can’t find anywhere to take a lot of things that can be recycled. I know that I can take old newspapers and junk mail to my local post office. I can take plastic bags to walmart or a local grocery store that reuses recycled bags. But I can’t find anywhere to take cans or plastic products. Does anyone know any place that I can call to find out things like this?
Go to www,earth911.com and enter your zip code and what you are trying to recycle. The first site is over 6 pages of recycling centers in Alabama for plastic the second is the home page
